The customer service is excellent. The food is made to order, always hot, and consistently high quality. While it can take a bit of time for the food to be prepared, it’s well worth the wait. The manager is very friendly and clearly takes pride in and cares deeply about the business.
I’ve been in here twice and the staff are all super friendly and customer service oriented. Not something I usually experience in most customer service settings around here these days. The food is good. They need to fix the drink station.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been to wing stop honestly years and when I say the food and customer service is GREAT. Dre served me today and I’m picky but he made sure all of my food was how I wanted it and was very patient. Thanks for the good food and customer service after a long day !
