So yummyyyyy! The food is all homemade with love. The owner is so nice, and the food isn't cheap, but it's QUALITY vegan food. Everything on the menu is delicious.

The workers are extremely nice and friendly which is a bonus on how delicious the food is I had a chicken sandwich and couldn’t believe it had no meat or cheese

We finally got to check this place out when in the area for a book signing. OMG... EVERYTHING was so delicious. It's all slightly under-seasoned, which is typical of restaurants to remain more neutral, but easily remedied. I was just beyond thankful for all the gluten-free options and versions of the non-gf offerings. I had the gluten-free Country Fried Chick’n, w White Gravy Bowl, Chick'n Parm Hero, and Buffalo Chik'n Mac n Cheese. All of them were SO good and well-made. The sandwich needed no seasoning, but the white gravy was lacking salt and pepper and the mac n cheese was a bit dry and needed more buffalo sauce. Thankfully, I had some extra cheese sauce and buffalo sauce at home. I may have to buy extra cheese sauce from there next time we order. All of the flavors I wanted were there, overall. My husband had the regular versions of the Sausage, Peppers & Onions Hero, Kielbasa and Sauerkraut Hero w mustard, Cheesesteak Empanadas, and Corn Bread. He couldn't say enough good things about the sausage sandwiches and declared them the best he's had post AND pre-vegan! He loved the empanadas so much he's going to grab a cheesesteak sub next time. He described the cornbread as fluffy, flavorful, and one of the best he's had. He sliced it in half and topped it with some chili the next day. It took us a few days to get through it all, but it was so worth the big order. I wish there was some tables so you could enjoy it hot and fresh, but it was a nice night and we got some air as we ate outside. The owner was very kind and obviously puts a lot of love and effort into his food. It's 45 minutes away without traffic, but we'll definitely make this a destination from time to time. Absolutely worth it!

We got the Buffalo Mac and a couple of empanadas (spinach ricotta and Argentinian beef). The Buffalo Mac could have used a higher buffalo to MAC ratio. The empanadas were pretty good, not overly doughy. We prefer them baked like this rather than fried.

Maybe our choices weren’t the best or maybe because it was a holiday weekend, but we didn’t have a great experience. My expectations were high and it just didn’t live up to the hype… my salad wasn’t as good as food we make at home and the banana bread was super dry 😩

Great service! Lots of options and if it’s too much like it is for me the gentleman in the front had plenty of recommendations. These photos is the Buffalo Mac n cheese which was so good and the chicken parm this for me was my favorite , and the steak with Chimichurri! Will for sure be back because there is so many options. Highly recommended

Delicious, fresh and fast real vegan food. Not super processed or salty. Really friendly service and they accommodated my rush with kindness. Lots to try but I had the Rice Krispies treat which was flavorful and great crunch, had the bbq mash potato bowl to go and heat up at home. Delicious! Will def be back and recomended for vegan and those who are not vegan will also very much enjoy!

WOW. This is no Sweetgreen-type bowl place with the oily roasted vegetables, spongey tofu, and requisite pumpkin seeds and quinoa. Instead, think Sylvia's in Harlem or one of those famous BBQ places in Austin. Yes, it's THAT good! From the delicious and perfectly prepared vegan proteins to the melty cheeses, crunchy slaw, and delicately sweet Portuguese-style burger buns that taste like summer in Provincetown, this is OFF THE HOOK SOUL FOOD!
I came in today with my nonvegan husband and daughter for a picnic lunch to bring to the Duck Pond. We got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese, chicken cutlet sub, waffle chicken and cheese sandwich, and pulled pork sliders. Everything made fresh and efficiently, generous portions... I have nothing but rave reviews for it. In fact, I don't think my family talked about anything but the food the whole time. It was THAT excellent!!! Highly highly recommend.

Freakin Vegan elevates mac and cheese with their textured pork and tangy BBQ sauce but forgets the most important part. That topping is delicious, but the mac and cheese is less cheese and more of a thinly coated macaroni. I found myself wanting more of a gooey, saucy yellow cheese, mixing and swirling with the tangy BBQ. This Mac is great, but with the addition of a cheese sauce, this Mac could elevate even higher.
