Chicken Wings near Rahway

“Update: this place must be under new management! Everyone is nice and friendly. I give it 5 stars now! Excellent customer service.

I would give it a zero if I could... I had a T-Mobile Tuesday offer today for two free chicken pieces. I followed the app instructions. Is it my fault the app glitched and didn't show the chicken on the receipt?!! Nooooo! I'm the costumer. Ok so I get my order and ofcourse the chicken is missing AND MY FRIES ARE COLD. Mind you this happened to myself and my husband we well.

We both walk in and explain the situation. I am then shown multiple receipts that have the 2 free chicken pieces on there and they not so politely tell me they will not give my the chicken because it's not on my receipt. I show them my app, it's literally the only order I've ever made and that I can't redeem the code again... Nothing is convincing them they are not budging at all! We keep going back and forth and the manger ARAFAT says I can give $3 for the chicken he'll meet me half way for something I should have gotten for free?! No way!! I walked out 😡 pissed..I will drive very far before they get another dime of my money. Do not go there!“

“The food at this location has been good every time that I’ve ordered. But the wait times in store are really bad, if you’re going to order make sure to order beforehand if you don’t want to wait 40 min for your food. The staff has never been rude towards me so I wouldn’t expect that.“

“Rating based on chain pizza only. On a chain pizza scale for the price I paid this is an 8.9, but if you want to include non-chains this would be a 6.1 which is a decent rating considering I gave some non-chain pizza under a 5 rating. Not all Domino locations are created equal. Rahway is one of the better spots I’ve had. The pizza came out quick, tasted good, huge flop, no crisp on the undercarriage, very tasty garlic crust and couldn’t pass up their pick up special of a large any 2 topping pizza for $6.99.

Vegetarian options: Pizza with more veggie options than meat options.

“I have tried this place twice in the past month, and I am sorry I did. I went through the drive-thru and was told there was a 45-minute wait for chicken. What the heck, this is what you sell! The second time I went, the chicken tasted old and was undercooked. It was pink and rubbery. I will never go there again.“
