WAITED 30 MINS AFTER ORDERING ON APP TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO MAKE FOOD
Came tonight to get dinner but it look SO long. Now I do have to say none of the employees or manager were rude but the customer service was definitely not there. I placed my order at exactly 5:07 and got there at 5:45. The first guy greeted me ask if I was picking up and my name, he looked at the screen, said ok, and walked away. I love KFC. If you're looking for atmosphere, nope. The food is consistent and of course, ready immediately.
They just sleep at store, never awake. When u try to tell them its wrong order they get offended and show u attitude.

KFC offers hot and delicious food, with friendly customer service. Despite some wait time and occasional freshness issues with desserts, the staff is praised for their hard work and efficiency. The counter service may need more staff, but the employees are sweet and accommodating. The 16 piece meal is a hit among families, with tasty rolls and fries. Despite a messy restaurant, the workers are fast and dedicated.
