The young man working was very friendly. He asked the woman to give me extra cream cheese and she got very nasty with him. Telling him you need to wait but it was not said nicely. You should never talk down to your employees or be nasty to them especially in front of guests. Be kind
Not only did they give me the wrong order and the drink that they did give me was disgusting, but the staff there seemed to be more interested in the conversation that they were having instead of serving the customers in the store. You're better off getting a cold coffee from the other side of the store then letting the employees make one for you.
