Really delicious food! We were passing by on the way back to the city and didn’t have super high expectations, but we were really pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!
Staff were also very accommodating.

The food was delicious and the guacamole portion was actually good, but the plantain portion was ridiculous for it to be $18. I only received three pieces. The chips I normally order are always enough to last me a couple days, so I was surprised by how little came with this. For the price, I would’ve expected at least 6 pieces 😭

We have dined at La Chula several times and have always had a good experience. There is a bit of a wait for drinks as there is only one small bar covering the entire restaurant, which is not large but that is that. The food is always good and delicious as well. We had the Chula Nachos which are their Chilaquiles, they were good although for a shareable appetizer they were a little on the smaller side. For dinner I had the Birria plate, a large serving of beef simmered in birria...
