Great bagels, the food not the complaint. Every employee is rude, whether it’s in person or over the phone. This happens every time i come here. Teach your employees how to treat customers, it doesn’t cost much to be nice.
I love this place. The bagels are one of the best in New Jersey. It’s just the only thing is some of the people that work there need a little bit more training. I ordered two bagels and my bagel sat in front of the person that was working behind the cash register and she was just taking orders and filling up other people‘s orders and just leaving my bagels. Just sit there until I asked her to check me out.
The wait here is always really bad typically I'm waiting 15-20 minutes for a single sandwich . When you're trying to get a sandwich before work . Also I ordered a pastrami egg and cheese on a croissant and it was $12 probably the most I've ever been charged for a breakfast sandwich
