Great bagels, the food not the complaint. Every employee is rude, whether it’s in person or over the phone. This happens every time i come here. Teach your employees how to treat customers, it doesn’t cost much to be nice.
I love this place. The bagels are one of the best in New Jersey. It’s just the only thing is some of the people that work there need a little bit more training. I ordered two bagels and my bagel sat in front of the person that was working behind the cash register and she was just taking orders and filling up other people‘s orders and just leaving my bagels. Just sit there until I asked her to check me out.

Our work oder's called in are constantly wrong. The bagels were really good at one time, but now they are hard and they don't taste flavorful. Bagels don't taste like the flavor it says it is.
