We had three different rolls (I don't remember the names) and chicken teriyaki. Everything we had was delicious! This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. Not many people were in the restaurant but if you are in the area definitely stop in! I was not disappointed.

Rahway Sushi is a fantastic family‑owned and operated spot in Rahway, New Jersey, and they absolutely earn five stars. Their extra‑large shrimp tempura was one of the best I’ve ever tasted — perfectly crispy, light, and full of flavor. The sushi was fresh, the portions were solid, and the service had that warm, personal touch you only get from a family‑run place. A great local gem for quality sushi and standout tempura.

I will definitely be a regular here. Had soy garlic wings, home made kimchi, and spicy tuna lovers roll. The food was so good and flavorful. The people who work there are so friendly. I will gladly support a small business with great food any day. We dined in but they also have a steady flow of customers picking up. I'm excited to try other menu items as well!
