Marvin the manager was rude and unprofessional, hung up on us multiple times when we called to check on our order. Food delivery was half hour late and cold. We have ordered from here every Friday for years and expected to be treated better. Called the next day to talk to the owner and he hasn’t called us back. It’s been a week. Disappointing because we loved it but planning to take our business elsewhere.
Ordered a pizza came 1/2 hour after the 45 minutes I was told. Of course it arrived cold. Called back they told me they would send another one right away. After numerous phone calls asking where and when it was going to arrive, the new pie never showed up. Called the and spoke to the owner the next day, he was very apologetic and told me he was going to credit my card for the pie. He never did. Needless to say I will not be ordering or recommending them again.
