I have been ordering from here for years but lately the quality of food has been poor. I recently order a pizza pie with light onions and crispy what I received was a doughy pizza that had no chance of being crispy considering how cold it was. With all the pizza places in Ramsey you would think the owner would stay on top of the quality of his food. ⭐️

i just moved to ramsey, and this was the second pizza place i’ve tried in town. this place is DELICIOUS! i always judge a pizza place by their penne vodka slice because it includes both pizza and pasta, and the thickness, amount of pasta, and every single thing about this slice is chefs kiss. the plain slice is also really really good. i definitely recommend.

I was literally just in Anthony Franco’s in line behind 1 person waiting to order. The person in front of me finishes his order & then the guy behind the counter IGNORES me and asks the guy behind me in line if he is here to pick up. I just turned around and walked right out. So rude I genuinely do not understand why I was skipped over? Train your staff better

I know this specific location has 3 stars and i have actually gotten food from here 2x despite of the stars and some of the reviews. I always get the same thing-chicken Marsala. Today’s chicken tasted like it had expired or something. The taste was OFF. I had it delivered through grub hub. I called Anthony Franco’s after tasting the chicken ? the guy that answered me was pleasant but once he passed the phone to who i believe was either the manager Jose, he gave me such an attitude like it was my fault the chicken was bad. I explained to him calmly that the chicken was bad i took a bite out of both chicken breasts they are both tasting the same. He was like OK I’m going to have to get the chicken back and we send you a new one, that’s fine. It’s here. Idk if he thought i was trying to get a free chicken or something. But if i get food poisoning from this chicken I’ll be suing. I expect good customer service since I’m a paying customer. It’s ridiculous i had to waste my lunch hour, bc i am at work. These are not the times to be throwing away $30. Are you kidding me? What pissed me off most, was that the man never apologized for selling bad chicken, he was just worried about getting the chicken back lol also, i asked for a fresh side of pasta since the other one had red sauce and mixed Marsala sauce i he poured on top and he gave me attitude about that. Talk about customer service. Horrible! Won’t be ordering from here again. That’s for sure.

I ordered delivery - two pizzas, house salad, garlic knots - added a $10 tip. Driver shows up missing the garlic knots and has a chef salad instead of the house salad. I think "no big deal, I'll call and get it resolved somehow." We call to tell them they messed up the salad and didn't even bring garlic knots at all (we had already sent the salad back with the driver). The guy on the phone spent 10 minutes blaming me that it was my fault. Then said it would be another 45 minutes to get the correct salad and the knots that weren't even Sent in the first place - and continued to scold me "do you want your food or not?". We've been ordering from here since we moved to the area 5 years ago, I'm not sure we'll continue.

I always like this place when I'm in need of a slice. Most Suburban places don't offer slices. They have to do Franco's does! Perfect! Their pie is always good as well. Lighting is way over bright but I usually get for takeout
The best pizza around. We love both the Paramus and Ramsey locations. Great specialty slices, dinners, salads, and chicken rolls. Super friendly staff at both locations.

I have been going to this place and getting delivery for the past 19 years. Lately the pizza they serve was old. I once got delivery and they sent me a sausage pie. Im a vegetarian so I returned it. They came back with a new pie and said the old one was correct. Well, was it so old it smelled like sausage and the topping was brown. So it was either old as the hills or meat. I saw sausage cause I am a chef, not a dumb blonde. Disturbing to treat customers like that.
