Brothers Smokehouse NJ Reviews
I ordered simple T/O this afternoon. It was Super Bowl Sunday. There wasn't a sole at the bar or at tables. The T/O counter was slammin' tho with little assistance. People waited 20-30 minutes for T/O orders. I've dined here ofter and have generally enjoyed the experience but tonight was TERRIBLE! I know from good BBQ and have been a steady customer, but my meal tonight was so atrocious, I threw most of it in the garbage. Brisket was inedible and overcooked, mac & cheese was a...read full review
I sat at the bar and had a drink, placed my order for dinner. Not one minute later, my dinner order was delivered, hot and fresh! Everything was delicious!

Brothers Smokehouse NJ serves great food and has great service. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, including the cheese fries, cornbread, TexMex sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, fried chicken, smoked chicken, and ribs. Sides include coleslaw, beans, Mac and cheese, creamy cheesy grits, and Collard greens. For dessert, they have a delicious warm pecan pie and bread pudding topped with ice cream. The staff, including the manager and servers, are super friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The atmosphere is spacious, with a back room for events. While some customers found the brisket to be a bit too fatty and the ribs a bit dry, others enjoyed their meals, including the smoked wings and combo platter with tender brisket and fall off the bone ribs. Overall, Brothers Smokehouse NJ is a great place to eat, with some room for improvement on food availability, as some items like ribs, chicken, and sausage may not be available at certain times.
