Drive-thru employee was incredibly rude, disgusting behavior and horribly managed staff. They commonly get their orders wrong, and never answer their phone calls on purpose. Spend your money elsewhere.

Stopped in in a thursday afternoon on my way home. Had no idea this was hidden over here. Place looks clean and parking is ample. Kid at the counter? Didn't appear to care about his job or appearance at all. Huge hickey on his neck, come on man seriously? I was a kid once too and would wear a high neck shirt. Next the food. The burger and fries all cold. I live close and a disappointment this was. Soda machine was out of Coke too. Should have left when I seen what represented them.

I order a hamburger… drive away and notice there is NO ketchup, No pickles or ANYTHING on it!! Just a DRY piece of meat. Pathetic! Never again will I come here!

For some reason these 2 burger kings r the slowest places in teh world. I stopped going to the one in waldwick because they were so slow and thr old man over there is very rude. Not happy. The extra star is for the nice Filipina manager, Roumely. Dining room was closed today 8/25/22 because in her own words "4 employees called out today". What is going on here??... How can they do that to the lady? You all 4 should be looking for another job.I don't like to eat in the car but I had to.Edit: that extra star is also for Michael, the Assistant Manager. The dining room was closed half an hour earlier because he was working with 1 employee only, yet he opened the door and let me in. He does a lot of work in the store: cleans the floors, supervise his employee and takes orders behind the counter. Excellent customer service.I have also heard the problems begin with the franchise itself: they do not pay a decent wage, they don't pay for covid leave and the new general manager does not know what he's doing: he only does inventory ordering and those very basic things.Franchise owner: better get a grip and change things for the better. This is a nice store in the heart of Ramsey, NJ, don't let it go down.2nd edit: 88° outside, no AC in the store.
