You order something and the price is on the board and then they charge you almost double what the board says. and when I asked them why they charge me more she said you didn’t ask for the promotion which I shouldn’t have to because that’s how much it is on the board so I asked her to fix it and she says it’s not programmed into her system, but it says the price right over your head, but she wouldn’t charge me that price. So they suck

Placed an order for pick up. Went to pick it up. Walked out and opened it in the car. Was missing chicken fries. Walked back to tell her the item was missing. She kept refusing to give me the fries and insisted she put it in the order and I kept showing her they were missing and accusing me of hiding them. Refused to leave until she gave me the fries. Finally got them but she's a horrible employee.

I dont know what it is with fast food in this area but this burger king is awful and a terrible stain on the franchise. I wont be eating at burger king anymore because of the aftertaste this branch left on me. The food is consistently cold, stale, missing half the portions, questionable in terms of food safety. dont eat here, you WILL regret it immediately after. This place needs to be shut down.
