You order something and the price is on the board and then they charge you almost double what the board says. and when I asked them why they charge me more she said you didn’t ask for the promotion which I shouldn’t have to because that’s how much it is on the board so I asked her to fix it and she says it’s not programmed into her system, but it says the price right over your head, but she wouldn’t charge me that price. So they suck

Placed an order for pick up. Went to pick it up. Walked out and opened it in the car. Was missing chicken fries. Walked back to tell her the item was missing. She kept refusing to give me the fries and insisted she put it in the order and I kept showing her they were missing and accusing me of hiding them. Refused to leave until she gave me the fries. Finally got them but she's a horrible employee.

I dont know what it is with fast food in this area but this burger king is awful and a terrible stain on the franchise. I wont be eating at burger king anymore because of the aftertaste this branch left on me. The food is consistently cold, stale, missing half the portions, questionable in terms of food safety. dont eat here, you WILL regret it immediately after. This place needs to be shut down.

I should be able to give this horrid place 0 stars. This BK is attached to a Bolla Market. I placed an order on the app & went to the pickup counter but there was no one there, so I asked the worker at the register, who was wearing a Burger King shirt, where my order was. She informed me that someone was working in the back. After several minutes of waiting, I asked if she could find her coworker so I could get my order. I waited 20 min for a pickup order that was never made. The woman at the register in the Burger King shirt rudely said she didn’t work for Burger King so she couldn’t make my order & she didn’t know where the other worker was. I have no idea why she would be wearing the uniform then. Not only that, but i question why there are boxes on the counter labeled “Expired Expired Expired.” AVOID THIS PLACE!

I just went to this Burger King later on this afternoon we really need some nice Mexican workers not this domican worker lady that has a bad attitude with the customers and we need to remove thoses old recite that has codes because they just stolen my number codes so we need some Mexican workers that could speak English and little bit of Spanish but this gas station with the burger King in it really need a restroom so the customers could use it and this gas station need to be own by nice Mexican workers and they should paid everything at burger King and just add google pay and the cash Mexican guy should own the cash register only for the gas station that shouldn't be a part of Burger King because it's a restaurant and we need better workers not people with attitude
