Outdoor seating a nice change, but not a great substitute for a lack of indoor seating. They should install garage doors to make the space 3 season…

Was extremely disappointed in my spicy ? chicken ? sandwich. It was literally just the bun and a tiny piece of chicken. Three bites and I was done. Not worth all the hype.

I’ve been telling these people who work around drink section here every time SWEET TEA HALF UNSWEET TEA and EVERYTIME these people give us lemonade with tea or fully lemonade ? it’s like their brains turn off in the middle of my sentence every time. They don’t even deserve the 17 an hour they get paid. This has gone on for years and Paramus has never had this problem so apparently there’s something wrong with how this location trains people. Cashier is always typing in right order but drink section people can’t read English. Please please please fix this? I’m sick of getting wrong drinks and don’t wanna waste it ?
This is the only Chick Fill A that when you order on the app and set a table number they don’t bring the food to the table, I asked the guy at the counter and he said that they don’t do that here! Weird!

Seating situation is not great. The inside is cramped, and the outdoor seating is right by the highway so it's very loud.
That said, the service and food were on par other location.
