We were greeted warmly when we entered the restaurant and seated immediately. Our waitress, Chani, was very pleasant and professional. She kept refilling my hubby’s drink without him asking. We ordered a to-go cheese quesadilla for our daughter (she didn’t want to come out.) I ordered the 6oz guiltless sirloin with asparagus & a house salad (they charged almost $6 for the tiny salad!) My hubby got the mango iced tea and a 10oz sirloin with mashed potatoes & broccoli. It was all very delicious!! The only reason I rated the food 4/5 stars is because Gluten Free options were not offered. (Yes, I can order food without gluten here, but I really wanted a burger!) I love that they are open until midnight- helps those of us who are traveling and arriving late in the evening due to traffic! Definitely recommend Chili’s in Ramsey!

My sister and I went last night and We had a waitress with blonde hair and it was In a side braid I didn’t catch her name and she gave us our food and she went to our table while we we’re eating just staring at us we both felt awarkard and uncomfortable and I’m a autistic person and I don’t like ppl invading my personal space and she was definitely doing that not respecting my boundaries all in all this is a great place to eat but I never experienced this before

Went here for Mother’s Day. The service wasn’t great. Had to ask a bunch of times for refills, missed items and assistance. The chips were from the bottom of the bag - all broken. The steak was well cooked and delicious. The broccoli was undercooked. The salmon and pasta were liked by family members. The cookie skillet was overcooked. I go to Chili’s at a different location which is great fairly regularly and I probably will not be returning to this Ramsey location.

horrible experience my waiter name was angel and he was nothing like an ANGEL let me tell you i got a lava cake it was freezing cold in the middle it was nasty unedible then i got some what i thought would be delicious chipotle chicken crispier but they had no crisp and were bland and stale and no chipotle just chicken … then to make it all go down because it wouldn’t have sober .. i got me a little don julio margarita and it had no don julio just marg… it was not good 0/10 must be fired
