So I love this place, truly I do. Lately it seems this place and the Palisades Mall Chipotle are spicing up everything, even the rice and beans. I mean, the corn is Spicer and the Pico has changed taste but for someone that has a mild taste, it's a turn off. Other Chipotles like ones in Nanuet or toward Wegman Don't have this issue. People that like spice welcome this, but it's too much for my household to enjoy anymore.

Everytime I come here I pay a different price for the same food smh I don’t know if they are personally charging me more but it’s weird they make up they own prices I pay 6 dollars more on certain days I don’t trust this place

I order here very frequently since it’s closer to my job and throughout the summer it was good no issues to report but lately, especially today. It was crazy. They put too much water from the beans and it makes the plate soggy. The chips were stale. It seems like, the guacamole has jalapeños now,I did not know this. I’m allergic to spicy stuff, so it cought me by surprise today. I am not happy I will be looking for another location.

This place is terrible. The worst Chipotle location I have been to.
Came here to meet some friends before a comedy show, grab some drinks and snack on some food. Great selection of beer on tap. Food is mediocre at best. Service is meh but worst of all the place is pretty filthy. Servers uniforms are stained, the bathrooms are atrocious. Management needs to get on top of staff.

Really disappointed, came here and ordered a burrito, asked for steak and they said they were out of it. Asked for chicken and they said they were out of it. So wrong. I would’ve appreciated if they said it prior to me ordering bc I wouldn’t have gotten anything. They are rude and careless here. Would not recommend going to this location late at night. Staff needs to be better at customer service.

For almost $20 for one meal you'd think they could have some consistency in the amount of salt there is in the food each time I come here. It's either fine or so salty you can barely eat it. Also I hate the fact that I have to clean my own table when it's not even busy. The ice machine has been broken for what seems like weeks and you charge $3.15 for warm soda. Lastly being a former chef I've never had Guacamole other than than here that actually feels slimy in the mouth.
