I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Domino's Pizza in Ramsey, NJ, that left me questioning their commitment to customer service. Not once, but twice, they failed to deliver my order, leaving me hungry and exasperated. To make matters worse, when I attempted to resolve the issue over the phone, the staff was not only rude but also hung up on me mid-conversation. 1.5 hours late—it was a cold reminder of their inefficiency. Negotiating for a refund or even a fresh pizza felt like pulling teeth. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope they take immediate steps to address these issues.

Horrible customer service and delivered to the wrong house. The delivery driver left food at our neighbor's and tried to blame us. They thought we were lying. The manager and delivery were very rude. Never coming back again

After waiting over 45 min because the status of the order was sitting in the “quality check mode,” I called the store to see what was going on with my order. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I kindly asked if my order got delivered. He responded with what did you order? I replied by suggesting to tell him my address instead as it would be easier. The then proceeded to tell me all my info in a very creepy way and laughed then said something inaudible and then laughed and said “just kidding, ” Then said it just left. It was such an awkward and unprofessional creepy vibe. Will not be ordering ever again from this location. Oh by the way, Our pizza came ice cold and looked like someone shook the box of pizza and our slices were all over the box stacked on top of each other. To make things creepier, I got 4 phone calls after leaving this review, 2 from a private cell and 2 from the Dominoes store.

Sometimes "Domino's" has pretty good deals so decided to stop by here, pizza was good, and of course my fave appetizers are the Parmesan Bread Bites actually, would recommend this restaurant if anyone is in the area...

Got a pie ..it was almost all red in color.....it's a pizza look it up on the internet ...should be some white..it's called cheese

I ordered a sandwich from the app when I get there the only thing done was the roll was open an the employee was on the phone just standing there after 5 mins I told him to forget it since he was on the phone he stated he was on the phone with his manager so clearly the phone is more important then customers that I never see in there

My pizza was sitting for 25min after quality check so I called to find out the issue and as it was getting too late and I couldn’t wait for another 30mim for delivery so I tried to cancel. The lady working there just hang up the phone. I had to call the place again. I used to get the pizza from this location often but not going back ever again. Disgusting customer service.

One hour, 8 mins for delivery even though we were only 2 miles away. Tracker on the dominos app said quality check at 6:10, not delivered until after 7:02. So the pizza was under heat lamp for almost an hour!?!?
