This is not my usual Dunkin’ of choice, but I have visited a few times in the past without issue. I hate to complain but today’s experience at the drive through was extremely disappointing. I was handed a hot chocolate in a defective cup; when I took it, the lid came off and the hot chocolate spilled all over my car and myself. The rim where the lid should attach was completely crushed, the cup was soggy, and the hot chocolate was not even hot (fortunately, given that it spilled on me).
Additionally, the foam on my cappuccino was unusual and concerning, unlike anything I have experienced before, and I strongly suspect it may have been soap. To make matters worse, my son’s bagel was so stale it was inedible.
Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Drinks are always amazing but the food is always unbelievably COLD. It’s not fresh at all, every time I order it is ALWAYS cold. I always ask for extra cheese and bacon on my sandwich and pay the extra price but never receive it. I am always unbelievably disappointed every time I order here. Please make sure the staff actually COOK the food to ensure it is hot and fresh. It’s absolutely irritating that every morning I come to get my sandwich it is not freshly made.

Horrible service. I asked for a Cookie cloud latte and with everything on it. You woulda thought maybe they would tell me they’re out of cookie crumbles before i paid. And they did not give me the proper lid aswell. Mind you this tastes like a regular coffee that i paid extra for since theres nothing extra on it. I’m so annoyed

I go to this Dunkin' every morning and they extremely fast and kind. They are consistent with their food and drink.

Coffee only ever tastes burnt or has some chemicals in it. I'm assuming cleaning chemicals. The food also tastes like chemicals 9 times out of 10. I don't think I've ever gotten food hot, just luke warm at best, most of the time pretty cold. This is no matter if you order on the app and go immediately or order in person. This is after a year coming here on and off. I started going to other dunkins and only go to this one because I live one minute away and I'm in a major hurry. Otherwise, I go elsewhere.
But seriously the almost constant chemical taste in everything concerns me. Next time I'm in a hurry I'll just forgo coffee. It's not worth it.

Food and coffee is good, there is some parking available. I am writing this review because the customer service is horrible. I was greeted at the drive-thru with rudeness and unkind manners by workers who obviously lack interpersonal skills. Please train your workers to be kind to customers.
