Coffee only ever tastes burnt or has some chemicals in it. I'm assuming cleaning chemicals. The food also tastes like chemicals 9 times out of 10. I don't think I've ever gotten food hot, just luke warm at best, most of the time pretty cold. This is no matter if you order on the app and go immediately or order in person. This is after a year coming here on and off. I started going to other dunkins and only go to this one because I live one minute away and I'm in a major hurry. Otherwise, I go elsewhere.
But seriously the almost constant chemical taste in everything concerns me. Next time I'm in a hurry I'll just forgo coffee. It's not worth it.

Food and coffee is good, there is some parking available. I am writing this review because the customer service is horrible. I was greeted at the drive-thru with rudeness and unkind manners by workers who obviously lack interpersonal skills. Please train your workers to be kind to customers.

They continue to make and reheat hash browns they are not even edible burnt and tough I had to throw them away again. The just don’t follow the cooking instructions at this location. Absolutely horrible!

I was here the other day and it's always nice and organized, it's clean, and the employees are helpful, I like the fact that this location has "Kiosks" and a "charging station.." but yesterday, noticed one customer who was at the driver side was very rude to the employee, she said her "coffee was a bit cold.." I was picking up my mobile order and these employees do try their best in helping the customers, overall, it's a great little "Dunkin Donuts" it's highly recommended...
