The staff here have an extremely poor attitude. When you order a “light ice” coffee, they literally give you half a cup of coffee. Other locations always fill the cup, but only this one cuts corners and short-changes customers. Avoid this place at all costs! It’s a complete rip-off.

They are horrible, I went to order an iced coffee and 2 wake-up wraps which took forever to order. When I saw her struggling, I told her how every other dunkin takes my order then the cashier tells whoever is making the sandwiches to switch the bacon with turkey sausage because I do not eat bacon. She totally ignored what I said and kept wasting time trying to change the type of meat on the register. After all that time being wasted, my order still came out wrong and had bacon in it. When I told her to change it she just took the bag from me and ignored everything else I was saying. I kept trying to call her and saying excuse me didn’t even bother to turn around and listen to what I’m trying to say. She put both wraps in the same sleeve with the bacon. Also, the coffee tasted horrible. Their customer service is terrible! They need to learn how to listen to their costumers and not ignore them…

Absolutely the worst. 2 ladies gossiping the entire time. 1 other women sitting in the back room yapping away on the phone. 1 floater in & out. One was completely confused on how to make the Chipotle loaded hash browns.

Coffee with cream and sugar and came out looking like it was a cup full of cream. Not sure what his idea was with that. My wife got a iced coffee and hers looked the same. One shot deal for us on our way upstate NY.
