Every time I order ahead they screw up my order. Doesn’t seem like the employees there know the difference between the coffees they sell. I have refused to go back to this location after having my coffee constantly made incorrectly. They need to fire the manager and get new employees who can read an order correctly it shouldn’t be such a hassle to order ahead. Sadly the remodel did nothing for this place

If there was an option to leave no star, it would be no star. The workers here do not have any customer service experience whatsoever. Besides there being a language barrier, their attitude and demeanor was downright awful. Because they did not understand the customer requests, there’s rolling of the eyes and huffing and puffing. To put the cherry on the cake, I ordered a decaf coffee and received regular when I cannot drink regular coffee due to heart disease. I know because I was very jittery. Awful awful people work here. No manger around and if one of these Spanish speaking women were the manager, it is very poorly managed. There were multiple people asking for modifications on their order that they had originally requested. By far the worst Dunkin donut to visit.
Everytime I order from here. Something is wrong. Weither it be not making coffee as optioned or missing food items. Good luck trying to call. They NEVER answer the phone. Manager is mysteriously always not at the store. Do NOT go here.

Neat and clean great for what it is Quick and speedy professional service practically no wait time
Clean and great service. The cashier greeted me right away and the food was prepped promptly. Everyone was well stocked and the public areas were clean. I even dropped my coffee right in the parking lot by my car and they made me a new one for free despite me offering to pay. Great customer service! Thanks!

I normally stop here on my way to Woodridge NY. Glaze Donut and Coffee. The place is FREEEEEEEZING in there my donut was cold. FYI I do not like freezing cold donuts.
Ordered two different drinks they didn't get either one right I ordered medium iced coffee with cream and sugar no ice I got ice and milk and the other was supposed to be decaf said it on the order tag but I highly doubt it was my wife was very energized
