It is amazing how this person has stayed in business all these years. To my understanding, it is the same owner who when enough bad reviews surface to affect his business, he simply closes the restaurant for a little while and then reopen under a new name. Now I am not saying that this is true but I have heard it from others and yes I have seen the same restaurant time after time open under a different name. As for the restaurant, I had mixed reviews. I would eat at the location (back in the day under a different name) probably once or twice a month. I enjoyed the food and it was nice and inexpensive even though I heard that many people did not. The habachi was a nice touch but the service was deplorable and the manager was kind of the unfriendly type never smiling and the waitstaff was equally unprofessional Since it was a buffet I just needed the staff to fill the water or tea and take the dishes when needed. We did not experience any problems and paid our bill at the end of the meal at the counter reminiscent of the soup Nazi on Seinfeld. Anyway it just so happened that my wife had some medical surgery recently and she felt strong enough to enjoy a meal. Because she wasn't feeling well, I guess she took more on her plate than she was able to eat. Now you have to understand that this was before they ever had that annoying and possibly illegal sign out front stating if you don't eat everything on your plate you will be charged full item prices! Anyway, I felt it very strange that we were being totally ignored by the waitstaff. Our dishes were not being taken and no one offered to refill the glasses even though I tried to get their attention. Finally I gave up and pushed the dishes aside, most of which were empty except for one or two that had some leftover food because my wife could not eat any more. Then out of nowhere the manager came over to the table and proceeded to yell at us about wasting food at the top of his lungs in hopes of embarrassing us in front of all the other patrons. I attempted to explain but he just kept yelling. I held my anger and we went up to the desk paid for the meal and left. We never went back. Over the years I have read similar stories about this guy on Yelp and other review sites. Same guy - very strange if it isn't. Same location though and all with different names and now with the sign stating this policy clearly posted, well you make your decision. No I do not ever recommend this restaurant or any names it may have under this management in the future.
I love the very varied food and the exquisite service is very good.

Stopped in for a takeout lunch today. $7.99/lb all mixed food. Some items were on point, the crab Rangoon, bbq chicken, thai shrimp, salt and pepper ribs, onion rings, stuffed clams. The calamari was awful, maybe restaurant depot? The items that were not up to par were the boneless spare ribs, sushi, beef and onions, and steamed shumai. They did have a large selection. I guess you just have to know what to get.
Vegetarian options: Lo mein, vegetables, desserts, soups, fruit, etc.
Parking: Small lot, fills up quick.

Great food!
Good selection, well stocked and very clean. Ample parking. Staff is very nice and attentive and the buffet area is always being refreshed. Somewhat typical offerings for a Chinese buffet but everything is just cooked better and appears to be fresher ingredients. The fact that they have mustard greens and glass noodles surprised me and they were cooked very well. Was only here for lunch but told the menu selections are a little more higher end and more selection since it is higher priced for dinner and weekends so I'm very curious to come back then. Only thing I wish was that there were more fruit and ice cream options for desserts but not a deal breaker in the least. Definitely recommend.
