As I live in town, I ordered from KFC or often. I placed a large order and tried to redeem an online coupon that was placed on my order. They would not honor the online offer. Manager basically told me tough luck. I guess I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on

I’m so unhappy and unsatisfied I drove 20 mins and was told they was open through online and through phone call for me to get there and they closed on me never again I would never recommend this location I speak English and Spanish and understood what was told to me clearly and yet it seems to be they still just tell people whatever just to get off the phone how rude don’t come here to eat it’s a waste of time they rather eat and lock the door then serve a customer.

Order: 3939 We usually eat and enjoy kfc. However the Person taking orders, Antoinette, does not care about the customers and just sits there and gossips. She takes the wrong orders and does not listen. She was even making fun of an old lady who couldn’t put her card in the machine. They don’t even label what is spicy and what is not, even after explaining to her that I have a person in the family who is allergic to the spicy.

I have been eating at this PFK occasionally and in the past, while the food was really good for a PFK, the service was slow. However, upon hiring of an employee named Gerald, service improved significantly. He is nice and is a hard working staff member. I got my order quicker during more recent visits to this PFK.
