Ordered from Look See on Grubhub on Xmas day and was really impressed. Hadn’t been here in a while and was a little skeptical because of some recent reviews, but the food was genuinely good. The soup and veggie lo mein were hot, fresh, and flavorful, and the half Peking duck – while definitely on the pricey side – was excellent: moist, juicy, and really tasty. For a busy holiday night everything arrived as ordered and well-prepared, so it feels like there are a lot of haters dragging the rating down. I’d happily order from Look See again.

When they moved, I stubbornly refused to go — and I cheated myself out of years of incredible dim sum. This is the only real dim sum in the area, and I regret not coming back sooner. Now I’m making up for it every chance I get.

This place is way too expensive for the terrible service they provide. Every time I order from here, they forget to include the main dish. They don’t even apologize or try to make it right for the customer. Just rude! It’s a bad business practice, and I’m done ordering from this place! Future customers beware!

I live in MA with my boyfriend who, as you may have guessed, is from NJ. Once a month, I make him go down to visit his family for the weekend.
He THINKS I want him to keep a close and healthy relationship with his parents…really, I send him down because I want him to bring Look See wonton soup back with him when he comes home.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend!!

Came here a lot many years ago, the quality of food and the service has been going downhill. Today, kind of the last straw. Placed order for delivery. Specifically said steamed chicken with snow peas. Order is delivered, the ticket on the back says steamed chicken with snow peas. What do we get, steamed chicken with mixed vegetables and the person we ordered for can’t eat some of the mixed vegetables. Call the restaurant, tell the person on the phone We did not get the order that we wanted and he says he has to speak to the manager and the response. Is there are snow peas in there. I told him many times we order a protein with only one type of vegetable. I wasn’t sure why they couldn’t get the order right. Again he said well the manager said basically too bad and he hung up the phone. We’ve had previous problems with them getting orders correct. As to food, sliced chicken was slimy and pork dish oily and veggies in pork still basically raw. Stay away. People can make mistakes, but a bad attitude should not be tolerated.
