A sandwich that has “chicken” in its name (BLT Chicken Avocado) should have more chicken in it than the extra greens and veggies. Mine tasted more like a veggie sandwich than a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately it seems like there is an effort to minimize the primary part of the sandwich. For $14 I’m sure there are other local places that would fill a sandwich more appropriately. Not a bad place to get food, I just think the amount of food provided should reflect the price that is paid.

Used to live here. Spent thousands for work events and catering over the years. The manager has always been friendly and helpful, but Panera as a brand is just not what it used to be. From the Sip Club (can't easily grab and go--cups are hidden bc of theft) and no dairy alternatives (where is the Oat milk?) and ingredient changes, slow service, not this location's fault, corporate needs to do better.

I loved it!! Great food and service, but I WISH they would get LOW FAT MILK for cappuccino!!! Every coffee shop I go to has FAT FREE MILK!!!
Hands down, the manager of this Panera is the best chain manager that I've ever encountered... He is the nicest guy and has been the same way for over a decade!

This is what a 10 dollar plus Mac and cheese bowl looks like at Panera now!! Why don’t they just give us empty bowl for 10 dollars and we will bring Mac and cheese from home 😀😀
