I've been coming here for years and bringing so many different people. I like the food and before today, everyone was always nice. Today, the manager or owner(I'm not sure) was really harsh and I was pretty stunned. I bought 5 bubble teas/smoothies for a group of people and I had no idea my smoothie had any dairy in it(it doesn't say anything at all on the signs and I thought it was supposed to be only fruit). After I realized and asked if there was any way I could have one made without dairy or just get another tea instead, I was told to wait for the other customers to finish their orders. I waited patiently and then after all that, I was told that no, I would not be able to replace it. You would think that a regular customer who buys food all the time and just brought 4 guests would be treated with a little kindness. I'm genuinely surprised and sad I was treated this way by a place I have liked until now.

I’ve been going here regularly for the last five years. The quality of the fish was much better a few years ago. They changed something and it’s off putting. I still go and get mostly vegetables and tofu now. But recently over the past six months or so the whole vibe sucks. There is a female owner or manager is so unfriendly, micro managing and watches the other younger employees like a hawk. She never says hello and never says thank you. That alone makes me not wanna come here. Please do better. Also, please, for the love of God, take the corn off the menu options and add mango!

I love poke, I went here like 6 months ago and I haven't been back. The options are weird and not in a good way. It's a chain so as such it sucks compared to going to a local business but it sucks extra cuz mango isn't an option.
Terrible service I have been going here for years… they messed up my order and were not apologetic and made it seem like I was the problem, no apology. I guess I have to stop coming here which is unfortunate. Terrible staff regarding who was working 3/6/25

This place is actually gross. Vegetables are fine, but their fish is disgusting. I don’t know where they get it, but I would stay the hell away. Seriously couldn’t even eat my food without taking breaks so I didn’t gag. I felt this way a while back and wanted to give it one last chance in case it was a bad batch. $16 for this? No thanks. Wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs.
