Pub 17 & Lounge is a restaurant and lounge with a friendly server and a great atmosphere, especially when there's live music. The Kootz band is a popular draw. The service is generally good, with staff providing helpful recommendations on the menu. Olivia, in particular, is noted for her exceptional service.

The food at Pub 17 is generally enjoyable, with the pumpkin pie being a standout dessert. However, there have been isolated incidents where food arrived late, including one instance where a main course arrived significantly after the others. The restaurant is fairly new to its location, following the closure of a previous local favorite.

Pub 17 & Lounge is a good spot to watch football games on Sundays, with a good beer selection and reasonable food and drink prices. The lone bartender on duty is reported to be excellent at her job.
