This was my boyfriend and I's 5th time at Varka. We come here for all of our anniversary dinners because the food is so incredible and special. Everything was delicious! We cannot wait to come back again!
Appetizer of Greek dips along with Varka chips were excellent. Filet Mignon was fantastic & 3 others ordered Diver Scallops. All enjoyed their meal, however, the two men who ordered scallops, both noted they would have liked maybe another two scallops on their plate. Two almond cakes and one baklava for dessert. All desserts were oversized, excellent and shareable.
The restaurant is a hidden gem that I found only via open table. The service was very good , delicious complimentary bread, oil , olives and radish on the table while there was fresh fruit and treats at the check-in. The food was delicious especially the chilean sea bass soup. I had the shrimp and corn risotto. The shrimp were overcooked which i could see as soon as they landed on the table which meant the chef knew as did the waiter and neither took action. We were celebrating...
