Varka is an outstanding restaurant. Crab cakes were amazing. Arctic Char, Strip Steak, Shrimp with Corn Risotto, and Pork Chop were our table selections. All were incredible and everyone was highly satisfied with their food. Great Food, Atmosphere, and service. It is very expensive tho so it's more of a 'Special Occasion' visit for us. Would be here all of the time if it was more affordable.
Lunch at Varka is my favorite time to dine at this fabulous restaurant. This visit I ordered the Lobster Cobb Salad minus blue cheese. I was really surprised to see the whole lobster split in half over mixed salad for $37. I forgot to ask for dressing on the side and highly suggest that you do (it had a bit too much for my preference). The lobster meat was tender and presentation was WOW!
