I ordered two singles with cheese and a medium Frosty. The bill came to $19!! This made the burgers $7.00 each!! I know prices have gone up, but this is ridiculous!!! Sorry, Wendy's. Never again.

Look, it's Wendy's I'm not expecting a culinary masterpiece but as far as Wendy's locations go, this place is subpar at best. I've been here numerous times and the level of quality has definitely diminished over the years. The seating is what you'd expect from a Wendy's in 2025, haphazard tables throughout, no booths, it might as well be lawn furniture, but hey at least it's clean. The ordering process here is lacking, as they seem short staffed, but they're definitely inattentive. I order in, every time, and for some odd reason I'm not given a tray. It's like hey here's your food, hit the bricks. So I'll use the bag I'm given as a placemat... There's barely ever ice in the soda machine, the food is always slightly overcooked, so I always feel dehydrated after finishing and I know we can do better as a store. A little attention to detail is all it takes. And a smile wouldn't hurt, treat your customers like guests, not an inconvenience. They can definitely improve but if you need a quick meal I guess it's passable

There was a costumer in front of me for a least 5 minutes or more. Ask the person who was working the fryer can you place my order she couldn't help him then the manager came over to help and he didn't do anything to help. I left after waiting 10 minutes to place an order in the restaurant.
I will own this, it's my fault for even going there. I'm a vegetarian, but every so often I check in at a fast food restaurant just to see if there are any new or healthy options. If you are in the same boat, I will save you some time and let you know there are not. The food is the same and just as greasy as ever! However, that is why I gave it three stars because to be fair, that is kind of expected at a fast food joint. So if you're looking for calorie dense carnivorous snacks, then this would work for your needs.
