Genuinely something wrong with the food being served out of this Wendy's location. My chicken sandwich was basically rubber and felt like it was microwaved. I have had good Wendy's before, this ain't it.

I think the drive thru guy was asleep. Took 10 minutes talking to myself. Drove up to windows. Nice friendly young lady tried to accommodate me but theanager or the drive thru guy who was asleep told her she can't help me. Was furious. Never again

There are much better Wendy's restaurants. This one is like going back to the 90's. Food was served lukewarm. The experience of ordering via the app is like in the pro-COVID days. The app doesn't know about items that the restaurant doesn't have.
Best wendys there super consistent in all the food and much of there product the employees take to making it look like what it's advertised as I always get my order done within 30 seconds
