Breakfast is delicious particularly the wraps. However, the past two times we ordered pancakes they seemed different than the first time. Seems as though they are lacking a component because they are flat and slightly mushy. I thought it was just a one time occurrence but it appears to be the same. My initial order was fluffy and the pancakes were nice and large. The past 2 times around it was the exact opposite.
The staff has been very friendly during both visits, including the owner. We ordered the avocado toast special which was tasty and a big portion. The coffee was the perfect strength to help start my day. It’s a great local spot and my family & I look forward to coming back to try more menu items! There’s plenty of choices and you can’t go wrong! You can also order for pickup and catering.
As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I haven’t had a breakfast sandwich in over a decade because most places don’t offer gluten-free bread. However, I recently learned from a fellow gluten-free friend that Cedar & Salt offers gluten-free bread and wraps, so I had to check it out. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese on gluten-free bread (they had white, whole grain) and it was delicious!
