Food was ok, definitely room for improvement. Service also needs improvement. Not busy at all, server rarely stopped by to check on our table. Server was courteous when he did come by the table though.
I had been to your restaurant in Hackensack for lunch and wanted to try the one near my house. I invited a friend of mine to meet me for dinner. Very disappointing.
We sat at the bar to enjoy a drink and something to eat. There were only two other people at the bar. Had to flag the bartenders down to order a drink and our food. We were ignored for the entire time. I won’t go back.

Great food overall except for their aji (Colombian spicy salsa)
The aji they served felt very inauthentic - more like minced veggies with Tabasco / vinegar. Been to Colombia a dozen times and never had aji that tasted like this
Service wasn’t very attentive - the place had a few tables of patrons and plenty of staff. It was hard to flag down someone to ask for missing drinks / sauces / etc.
