“We needed a reservation for a pretty large group. Multiple restaurants in the are would not accommodate. I called Miller's Ale House and was able to speak with a manager who made the reservation for our group. 2 months later, we arrive, the manager was phenomenal! The service amazing. The waitress, the best! The food- zero complaints! I highly recommend this restaurant. They absolutely nailed it and it made a huge difference in our evening! Thank you!!“

“Place is quite nice with a good atmosphere. Cindy had a small pizza with fries which she loved. I tried something different as it was a special hamburger with tomatoes, shredded lettuce, mozzarella cheese served between plantains instead of a role. Although it tasted good it was very sloppy, and plantains a bit on the hard side! Used a knife and fork to eat. I’d order on a role in future! Katy was our waitress who was a very pleasant and friendly young lady! I’d go back in a heartbeat! Thank you“

“Everything about Polo’s is amazing. The food is amazing the atmosphere is perfect. I know they are only in November but the Thanksgiving Egg Rolls are mouth watering perfection. Staff is friendly and attentive. Thank you for all your hard work.“

“I had an issue with my order today because I accidentally received a bacon sauce, and as someone who does not eat pork, I was very worried. The female manager handled the situation with incredible kindness and professionalism. She sincerely apologized, immediately refunded my order, and even prepared me a new burger free of charge. I truly did not expect that level of care and respect. She turned a stressful moment into a great experience. Employees and managers like her are the reason customers come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and outstanding customer service!“
