“Overall, solid choice and worth a visit if you're in the area. Typical bar scene with large television screens broadcasting a variety of major sports games, so it does tend to get rather loud inside. But also decently family friendly assuming you're ok with the large tv's around. Decent selection of drinks, and the happy hour specials are well worth the bang for your buck. I personally enjoy the LIT (Long Island), but the House Margarita Special is probably a better deal. Food is pretty much what you'd expect to find at a bar. Large menu so chances are you'll be able to find something that works for everyone. I'm a huge fan of the mozzarella sticks which was the star of the show for me. It is nice that they let you add onto sides for an extra charge. I've tried several of the entrees but nothing stands out. Overall quality is average across the board. Have not ventured into the dessert options here but they looked good for what it's worth, I'll have to give them a shot one time. My experience with service here has been mixed. On my most recent visit, they did very well apart from taking a long time to bring refills/check, but given how busy it gets on weekends it was understandable. However, I have had other times where my order has been messed up without an apology and were visibly upset that I asked for it to be fixed. Personally I prefer here over Tommy's but some may disagree.“

“Went for lunch today and everything was so delicious! Ordered a Brooklyn panini and Polo’s punch. Shared an order of pesto garlic park boneless wings which are a must have everytime we come. Service at the bar was amazing even for it being 12“

“Neighborhood pop (and mama) bar/restaurant where I believe the owner is the chef and he makes some delicious and unique food that is consistently awesome. Best cuban sandwich i've had in the area. "Shweddy Balls" are a must try (think of a meatball but made from mashed seasoned eggplant with cheese and deep fried like a falafel).“

“First off - the Frog earns a 6th star for being gluten free friendly and allergy conscious. The menu is well Marked and our server Jeff was able to recommend changes to non-GF dishes. They also have Departed Soles beer in cans, and I haven't trusted a beer in a long time and went through 3 of them in my "tasting menu".Food was excellent, kids were happy, and a GF desert that we all shared, four of us devoured it in about 17 seconds. I had the ribeye with non-crispy brussels and fries with a wonderful dressing on them.I'm looking for an excuse to go back...“

“Rockaway River barn is always a lot of fun! It was very busy when we first arrived. We knew we would need to wait for a table and waited less than anticipated. We found a seat at the bar (there were a lot of drink and beer options) and they texted us for our table. It was loud which was a bit challenging to talk, but shows how much people love it there. Our waitress was always checking on us for what we needed. The basket of bread was a nice addition while we waited for food. Despite being busy we didn’t find ourselves waiting too much. The spinach artichoke dip we started with was great! Our waitress kept giving us a lot of chips too! The fries were great! The Mac and cheese was a bit dry and plain but still good! We enjoy going to Rockaway River Barn!“

“Me and my wife decided to have lunch at Mr Crabby's and we were not disappointed. From a 1 to 10 I would rate our experience a 12! From the waiter, Brian to the delicious food, we had the Lobster Reuben and the Mahi Mahi Tacos, we were amazed and well pleased. The owner, Colleen came to our table and greeted us like we were a part of their family. We had such a great time and we plan to return very soon. Mr Crabby's is a special place that I would definitely recommend to all our friends and family.“
