Taste of Ukraine is a restaurant and store in Randolph, NJ. The food is fantastic, fresh, natural, and delicious. The prepared food is incredible and tastes authentically Ukrainian, like something from childhood. The Borscht soup, potato pancakes, pierogi mushroom filled and mashed potato, and homemade sausage are all highly recommended. The pastries are out of this world, including the honey nuggets, poppy seed roll, and cream horn. The spinach cake is a must try; it is vibrant green and made from spinach with a strawberry and luscious filling. The store sells cooked food, packaged products, cold and frozen products, Amish milk, Ukrainian products with no additives, snacks, cookies, and bakery items. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, taking time to explain the delicacies and offering samples. The place is extremely clean and smells amazing. It is affordable, and the hours are long so everyone can visit after work or before. This is a hidden gem and highly recommended.
