Store #21 Route 10, Randolph. Worst experience, first the burgers are raw, second they can’t follow instructions. I ordered 1 double burger meal RAW meat. 1 single with no ketchup no pickles, meat RAW and they put ketchup and pickles. I went back to showed them and the store manager didn’t really care and replaced my order with not so well done meat and still put ketchup and pickles even though I specifically told her not to put that in.
