Great bagels…I ordered 3 sandwiches and two of them were the wrong kind. Either double check before you leave the store or ask them to repeat it the order to ensure they got it correctly. (Idk, seems like there may a language barrier with some of the staff)

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll and they only gave me three pieces of bacon. And charged me 10$ for it which I feel like is ridiculous. I will not be back overpriced and doesn’t give enough food.

Best bagels in the area!! Keep your order simple, order in person and you won’t have a problem. Yes if you order an egg sandwich it will obviously take a little longer. People love to complicate things and then throw a fit when they make a mistake.

Service is atrocious. You’re ignored constantly and the order comes out wrong half the time. The worst part is how the prices vary for the same order in and if you challenge it they magically don’t speak English anymore.

Went in on a 30 min lunch break to get a bagel toasted with butter and jelly water and Gatorade. It came up to $9.24, I handed the cashier clerk a $20 and she gave me back 0.76 cents. I almost walked away but then remembered I handed her a twenty and she accused me of lying and said I gave her a ten. Make sure to always pay with a card at this location. This seems to be a system where they steal customer’s change and cash it out at the end of the day.

Ordered a pork roll egg cheese waited 20 minutes asked about it everyone looked so confused and disorganized the woman just looked at me and made some sounds that were not words and walked away confused. They asked someone else who was waiting a while to repeat their order. Had to leave empty handed and consider it a 20 minute loss. So disorganized compared to the hillsborough bagels 4 u
