“Mi Warike in Raritan is the most authentic Peruvian food I've had in a while, aside from my wife/suegra. The lomo saltado is perfectly executed, the ceviche is bright and properly acidic, and the chicha is the real thing. Small, unpretentious, and absolutely worth the trip.”
