“great ice cream so worth the wait“

“We had 3 sets of 3 scoops. 3 different people with 3 very different tastes in ice cream. 9 different flavors. They were all wonderful and exciting. This is not your ordinary ice cream shop but please do not let that deter you from trying them out. Just expect to be a bit adventurous and go for it. They are a small batch artisan style shop with many unique flavors to try. We also grabbed 4 pints of other flavors to take home and try. The owner was awesome, explained all of the flavors and offered samples. The inside was very cute with a good amount of seating for an ice cream shop. Please go and try them out because this is the type of place that would be truly missed by anyone that has visited.“

“I had a really great experience visiting Egypt Oasis today with my two children. The staff was so friendly and attentive. And the owner Mo introduced himself and was clearly passionate about his business. I was waiting on by Ella and she spent the time talking to my son about his sports. The business is very clean and they have so many selections. We all had the rolled ice cream but I noticed people in the store getting boba tea. There is much variety to choose from in a really cool atmosphere with cards at the tables. We will definitely be back!!“

“After many friends telling how good AMA is I decided to grab a pie and meatball parm sub to give them a go. My words will not give their food justice but it is delicious. Napoletan done the right way. Not to mention the owner is beyond good people. Greeted me outside while I was waiting for them to open and then offered me an espresso while my food was being prepared. “Went here on a whim and really enjoyed it. They have a bunch of unique and tasty flavors. I saw cakes for sale, and they sell take-out pints/gallons of ice cream in addition to cones/cups.

The staff was really friendly and helpful in navigating all the flavor choices. Your group can sample up to 5 flavors.

Eight of us agreed this was a great choice and a delicious dessert option.

“I was seen very quickly by the staff and they answered all of my questions about sizes and specials. Kyle happened to be the gentleman who helped me. He was quick and polite. A real pleasure. I felt really bad that I was unable to tip him or the great staff there using my card. Knowing that most don’t carry cash after Covid-19 (because let’s be honest, money was dirty before the pandemic) it seems unfair that the staff is unable to get tips via another method. People who work customer service jobs deserve to be able to receive tips for making sure the customers are taken care of. Thank you so much to the staff for always being polite and quick with every order we requested.“

But I do not Had a LAUGHABLE experience here this morning, over a misunderstanding about time. I came an about 9:20am to pick up a cake I ordered over the phone about two days ago. I thought she said 9am - 1pm. Clearly not because as I poked my head in I was greeted with extremely agitated aggressive woman who bombard with “why are you here?” Repeatedly. As I tried to explain why I was there. She continued to say she was busy. And in the middle of doing 75 order, she would have never told me to come this early and, why was I there over again. Yes, to a paying customer. When I didn’t even enter the store. I poked my head in. She could have said the pick up times to me again and to please come back later. Since it is too early for pick up. I would have gladly walk out the door and came back at the correct time. Needless to say the owner of this business is a horrendous woman. I will never use this business again and I will encourage everyone I know , to do the same.“

“I arrived after 9:00pm on a Tuesday night and we live like 1 mile away and have been coming to this Rita's for years. The staff is always amazing, but tonight I was served by Abby (Abbie?), who after the transaction was completed asked "what is your name? It was very thoughtful coming from a young girl. She was so sweet. I wanted someone to know. We will continue to come back for the wonderful ice and custard.“

“OMG! On an afternoon when it would have been TOTALLY OK to close up shop during a family/owner emergency, a sweetheart of a lady saw two 9-year olds sweaty and craving Rita’s as she was locking the doors to attend to an emergency. She unlocked the doors and showed me and my kids the heart we’re all hoping to see these days!! The registers were shut, doors locked, ice covered, etc. These gals couldn’t have been sweeter and I’m forever grateful for their selflessness. ????“

“The ice cream and Italian ice taste the same at this location as every other location, which is good. The problem is the selection. I was just at a Ritas in Pennsylvania and they had at least 8 different soft serve ice cream flavors, including cake batter and pistachio among others. This location always only has vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Pistachio is my favorite and I got that when I was in Pennsylvania. I also noticed the other Pennsylvania location had more Italian ice flavors as well.“
