“The food is good I like the oreo drink,but the order took long because people kept interrupting and this family kept on interrupting the lady that kept doing the hard work and she was doing the hard work and atleast put a extra worker to help her“

“We had 3 sets of 3 scoops. 3 different people with 3 very different tastes in ice cream. 9 different flavors. They were all wonderful and exciting. This is not your ordinary ice cream shop but please do not let that deter you from trying them out. Just expect to be a bit adventurous and go for it. They are a small batch artisan style shop with many unique flavors to try. We also grabbed 4 pints of other flavors to take home and try. The owner was awesome, explained all of the flavors and offered samples. The inside was very cute with a good amount of seating for an ice cream shop. Please go and try them out because this is the type of place that would be truly missed by anyone that has visited.“

“I was here today with my girlfriend and I felt like I needed to leave a review. There’s pros and cons to this place but not enough cons to give it anything lower than 5 stars. The ice cream was outstanding! Most ice cream places especially in extreme heat like today (102 degrees) will give you ice cream that is melting before you even start eating! However the hard ice cream we got was hard like it should be and didn't feel like I was eating soup or drinking a thin milkshake. The owner suggested a brownie after we debated getting it or not and she definitely wasn’t just trying to sell it just to make extra money. That was by far the best brownie I’ve ever had and it stayed warm throughout the duration of my ice cream. I can’t wait to be back! As for the cons I just wish they were opened more than 2 days out of the week and we were able to sample a flavor or two before we decide on what we want. I was more than satisfied with the flavors I got but not being able to sample was a downside for me. All and all I would suggest this place to just about anyone! Hopefully they’re around for when I get married.“

“The most flavorful hard ice cream! The Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffle? ::chef's kiss:: We mixed it with the cappuccino (great coffee flavor!) and my non-sweet-eating husband ate his half. The kids had a handful of very colorful chocolate dipped waffle cones to choose from and enjoyed their delicious colorbomb on the bench outside. They got the crazy vanilla (because rainbows are fun to eat!) and it was not only pretty but also had a really nice vanilla flavor. We'll definitely be going out of our way for this stop again! Also, special thanks to the counter staff for being extra patient with us.“

“Jason is honestly one of the main reasons going to Rita’s Ice is such a good experience. From the second you walk up, he’s friendly in a way that doesn’t feel forced or fake—he actually seems like he enjoys being there and talking to customers. It makes a big difference, especially compared to places where workers just rush you through the line.

What really stands out is how helpful he is. If you’re not sure what flavor to get, he’ll give suggestions or let you try samples without making you feel like you’re being annoying. He knows the menu really well and can recommend combinations that actually end up being really good. You can tell he cares about people leaving happy with what they ordered.

“After many friends telling how good AMA is I decided to grab a pie and meatball parm sub to give them a go. My words will not give their food justice but it is delicious. Napoletan done the right way. Not to mention the owner is beyond good people. Greeted me outside while I was waiting for them to open and then offered me an espresso while my food was being prepared. “We ordered a cake for our son’s high school graduation and it far exceeded expectations! We thought we may have over ordered and gotten too large of a cake but we only had a couple of slices left because people came back for more!“

“The ice cream and Italian ice taste the same at this location as every other location, which is good. The problem is the selection. I was just at a Ritas in Pennsylvania and they had at least 8 different soft serve ice cream flavors, including cake batter and pistachio among others. This location always only has vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Pistachio is my favorite and I got that when I was in Pennsylvania. I also noticed the other Pennsylvania location had more Italian ice flavors as well.“

“Visited Kwality Ice Cream and had a really great experience! The Badshahi Kulfi Falooda was the standout — rich, creamy, refreshing, and full of authentic flavors. The pani puri was also super tasty with crispy puris and a perfect spicy-tangy pani. The paan was fresh and made for a nice finish.

Special mention to Madhuram, the owner, for the warm hospitality and friendly service that made the visit even better.

Tip: ask them to mix Pudina and Khata Meetha pani with a little black salt — it takes the taste to another level! Also, if you prefer better flavor, request room temperature pani instead of very cold :)

“We recently had my daughter’s soccer team lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the manager on duty the evening prior and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. Service was amazing as was the food. We sometimes have issues splitting checks because the girls want to sit together away from their parents but they handled it with ease. I stopped in for a quick bite and ended up having some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. The barbacoa tacos were incredible—super tender, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of spice. You can tell the meat was slow-cooked with care. The tortillas were fresh and warm, and everything was topped off with fresh cilantro and onions, just how I like it.

The service was friendly and fast, and the whole place had a great vibe—laid-back but clean and welcoming. If you’re anywhere near this spot and love tacos, do yourself a favor and try the barbacoa. I’ll definitely be back!“
