Consistently great food with weekly specials Tuesday - Thursday and Friday - Sunday. Very friendly staff. The owner Nick stops by the tables to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. He builds the menu himself - a graduate of Johnson & Wales.
Best food!!! Also incredible cocktails
My brother and I just had a memorial service for our parents and we went to Espo’s for a luncheon after the church. This place is amazing and Nick the owner treated us like royalty. The food was the best Italian food I’ve had. Nick and his staff made our celebration of life for my parents wonderfully memorable. I live in Colorado, but I will definitely visit Espo’s for a meal next time I’m in Raritan NJ. Thank you Nick

Espo's Restaurant & Bar in Raritan is a local favorite for over 20 years. The incredible food like Steak Parm, Pasta, and garlic shrimp keeps families coming back. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. The outdoor seating is perfect for warmer days, though indoor seating can be a little tight. Don't miss out on their CheeseSteak with the must-have Relish Dip, a unique and delicious flavor. The ravioli, eggplant parm, and fries are all highly recommended. Espo's offers weekly specials Tuesday - Thursday and Friday - Sunday, with a full bar and cocktail menu. The owner, Nick, who built the menu himself and is a graduate of Johnson & Wales, stops by tables to ensure satisfaction. Whether it's for a special occasion or a casual meal, Espo's won't disappoint. Enjoy the tradition and excellent food.
