Consistently great food with weekly specials Tuesday - Thursday and Friday - Sunday. Very friendly staff. The owner Nick stops by the tables to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. He builds the menu himself - a graduate of Johnson & Wales.
The starters were a disappointment: salad and bread were very basic and not what you would expect before a good dinner. Main courses were excellent however to me this is half the meal. I can get good main dishes at many restaurants that have good salads and bread. Just looking for the whole experience, not half.
Glad we could find a good restaurant in the area. And what a surprise. My orecchiette with spicy sausage was fantastic. Service friendly and attentive. Atmosphere inside is refined and upscale (but cramped). Outside less polished but who cares when the weather is nice? Overall very happy. Note there is no parking, though.
