Super disappointed - I placed the order at 12:28pm today and - at that time - delivery time said 17-27 minutes. Then by 12:38 it was going through quality check and that's when the tracker stopped updating. I called the location twice (at 1:10pm and 1:17pm) and both times the manager said that the delivery person was on their way, but when I asked for an eta because I had to go to work, the manager refused to give me an estimate. When I asked to cancel the order, he said there was nothing he could do. I also signed up for text messages and received no text message updates. I don't think the order was actually delivered until 1:40pm (over an hour after I placed the order) or so which is the last time I checked before I had to go into the office. I am extremely frustrated because I've ordered from this location in the past and never had such a delay with the order and rudeness by the manager. Food was okay, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

While the food was fine, the service is horrible. You get a call from the driver asking you do meet them rather than them bringing the food to you. I always make an extra effort to tip well (before getting the food) because I hope it will encourage effort but not at this location. I travel for my job and I can honestly say this is the first dominos to do this. Don't trust commercials or advertising if you live or are working anywhere near Raritan, NJ

I at least had the good fortune of not completing an order with the moron who answered the phone.First off if you want to live the American dream and work here please consider learning the English language!!Also respect a customer who is trying to place an order at the business you choose to work for!!!Thank goodness I came to my senses and ordered from a local pizzeria with REAL pizza!!!!What a disgrace!!!!

Pizza was delivered 1 hr 40 min later completely cold. I called the store and they told me they were short in staff like this is my problem. Then got a nonsense email claiming a free pizza for my bad experience but it was not valid and no way to apply to my order. Terrible will never ever order from there again. Stay away!

Worst customer service we've ever gotten at any eating establishment. We ordered 1 large 2 topping pizza on a Friday night at 6. We live 2 miles away. Estimated delivery was 40 mins. It's a Friday. We get it. We call after about 50 mins and we're told the driver was just pulling in, that it would be here in 5 mins. Nada. So my husband goes to the store to pick it up and BEHOLD they say they never received the order? How is that possible if my driver was supposedly picking it up 15 mins ago?The chaser woman says, "I don't know what you expect on the first of the month. Why can't you cook for yourself?" I expect you to do your job. We didn't get our pizza. We did get disrespected. We will never be ordering from this location again. Corporate needs to do some sort of training here because the whole staff is garbage.

I had the same experience with delivery of almost uncooked pizza from the Raritan location around a few weeks ago! I called the store to complain and the manager first said he did not understand what I was saying & that the pizza was examined before it was sent out for delivery. I wonder what that person saw ! I was offered credit for one pizza for next time I order ( which is not going to happen), however, I had ordered 2 and paid over $40! This was the worst customer service! See photos showing the raw dough with fork marks! These were supposed to be hand tossed pizza but…… I then ordered Papa John’s & within 30 mins we received yummy pizza for half the price!!
