First and probably last time here. Lady at the counter (spanish) seemed very unhappy to be there. I asked if I could get a giant and split it into 2 sandwiches. She was annoyed at the question but eventually said yea. I ordered a # 13, she kept telling the other worker it was # 7. I said I ordered a # 13. While she was assisting another customer, she basically yelled at him bc he was asking for a special the owner had. She snapped at him, are you ordering a sandwich or asking about the store! I work in retail and there was no reason to snap at him and I think she needs to be retrained. Retail is not for everyone and shes clearly unhappy

Went here for the first time, kind of confusing to order. I got the 64 mushroom sandwich, but they were out of portabella so they said they can use canned mushrooms. I was like whatever. It’s definitely overpriced, I paid $20 for about a foot long sandwich, and they don’t have that many topping options. The San which I would give a 3.5/5. It was a little soggy once I ate it, but they definitely use fresher ingredients and the bread is good. I give this a good rating since the manager was a really nice lady. She adjusted my order been after I got it, so shout out to whoever you are.

What kind of sub shop, let alone a jersey Mike's, doesn't have any sauces except mayo. This has to be one of the driest sandwiches I've had in a long time. 20$ for this thing, no sauce. Just wild.

My experience at this Jersey Mike's Subs was good. The service was friendly and the tables were clean and well-maintained. My sandwich was good and I left satisfied. No complaints. ✅️👍🏻
I'm not going back. You don't put enough meat on the sub. I get it home the sub is flat and soggy. Too much oil and vinegar.Too expensive for a giant sub.

FOOD POISONING. I’ve been sick for two days. I’m missing work and my daughter is missing school. This place is a nightmare. I have only gone recently because my daughter really liked the food. She now hates it so I’ll never be back again. The staff is rude and they never make eye contact. The wait to get prepaid food is a joke and the sandwiches are insanely overpriced for the “quality”. I’ll be calling the health department today. Avoid at all costs. There are smaller sandwich shops in the area that have great employees and real food that doesn’t get you sick.

If you have been to one Jersey Mikes you’ve been to the all. Really. The food, atmosphere, and service are pretty identical from one to the next. And while they are not the best subs in the world, they are delicious and of good quality.
