Used to be good when they first opened, however they have significantly went down hill. Last week I was there and I witnessed the person slicing the sandwiches, touch the garbage can twice with his gloves on, then touch a sandwich and then the knife, all with the same gloves on. The women also do not wear hairnets. NEVER AGAIN will I ever go back to this location.

First and probably last time here. Lady at the counter (spanish) seemed very unhappy to be there. I asked if I could get a giant and split it into 2 sandwiches. She was annoyed at the question but eventually said yea. I ordered a # 13, she kept telling the other worker it was # 7. I said I ordered a # 13. While she was assisting another customer, she basically yelled at him bc he was asking for a special the owner had. She snapped at him, are you ordering a sandwich or asking about the store! I work in retail and there was no reason to snap at him and I think she needs to be retrained. Retail is not for everyone and shes clearly unhappy

Went here for the first time, kind of confusing to order. I got the 64 mushroom sandwich, but they were out of portabella so they said they can use canned mushrooms. I was like whatever. It’s definitely overpriced, I paid $20 for about a foot long sandwich, and they don’t have that many topping options. The San which I would give a 3.5/5. It was a little soggy once I ate it, but they definitely use fresher ingredients and the bread is good. I give this a good rating since the manager was a really nice lady. She adjusted my order been after I got it, so shout out to whoever you are.

What kind of sub shop, let alone a jersey Mike's, doesn't have any sauces except mayo. This has to be one of the driest sandwiches I've had in a long time. 20$ for this thing, no sauce. Just wild.

I'm not going back. You don't put enough meat on the sub. I get it home the sub is flat and soggy. Too much oil and vinegar.Too expensive for a giant sub.
