The food is really good, but really expensive. A large sub costs somewhere around $21. Will you split it between two people? Yes, but that's still a lot of money. Too much.

I placed an online order. Our order was ALL wrong. Ordered 2 turkey clubs. They put no bacon on them. I asked for no tomatoes. They put tomatoes on it. I asked for no mayo but they put that on it anyway. I wanted jalapeño on it but that wasnt added. I don't think they really read what u want on your order. They make it how they want. Very disappointing!

202 location is terrible!!! never going there again... every experience is bad... they "closed temporarily" today and told me I didn't order a sandwich from there... which I did on the phone and showed them my call. officially done ordering from this store... not even close to the service you get at other Jersey Mikes... this store is not going to make it.

I order the grilled portobello mushroom swiss sandwich. For some unknown reason the store decided to substitute green bell peppers for banana peppers. This created a disgustingly sweet blend of ingredients. Not to mention the serving size was ridiculously underportioned, only 2/3 of the sandwich was filled with ingredients, the rest was bread. Similar errors have occurred for me in the past. You cannot order online and expect your sandwich to be edible. You must go in person to personally supervise the people making your sandwich to make sure they don't do something crazy. I was not ordering a special request for the sandwich, just the basic recipe as advertised on the website. When prices are so high, $20 for a giant sandwich, how can we afford to have such simple and basic expectations not be met?Vegetarian options: I do not recommend

It was a quiet Sunday, no crowd at 10:45 am. The Roast beef sub was soggy from too much oil & vinegar - honestly, didn’t look appetizing at all. Wet roll. No excuses for this. I spent $28. Disappointing. Hence, maybe 3 stars. Won’t go here again.

Got home and saw my order was made wrong. Called back: Employee #1 didn’t know how to resolve the issue, handed call off. Employee #2 said they believe they made or took the order and said they’d get back to me, because they were in the middle of an order. After 10 minutes of being on hold I called back, and Employee#3 said that no one called 10 minutes ago and was on hold. I said I don’t think that’s true because I spoke with 2 individuals. He asked around and said he’d replace the order next time I was in. Took my info.Get your act together.

Just relocated fron Colorado to New Jersey and was at peace to be back. Jersey Mikes managed by Ritzs with a team that honored there commitment to GREAT food and service made it good to be back, go Ritzs with Jersey Mikes BRAVO!!! James, Thanks for the GREAT food and service!!!

We usually have a great experience at the Raritan Jersey Mikes. I ordered online and picked up as I have done in the past. We ordered extra Mayo on one sandwich. It looked like they dumped a half of a jar of Mayo on it. The sandwich was edible but soggy and we had to take off most of the Mayo. Service is always great in this store. Usually everyone is very friendly and the store is usually very clean.

The take-out service is abysmal. Do yourself a favor and skip it if you want an accurate delivery window. It is not the drivers it is poor time management by the store managers. All of my last 11 deliver times promised by the store were late preparing the food by an average of 20-25 minutes.

I can't tell you what the food was like because they wouldn't acknowledge I was there to take my order. It's a Sunday at 3:30. About 5 or 6 teen boys were working. One was slicing meat, the others were chatting. No one acknowledged me. I interrupted their conversation to ask where I should order. The guy at the register said to order at the slicer, so I walked over there. No one acknowledged me. One worker was slicing and one was checking the work schedule that was attached to the side of the counter. Was I missing a kiosk or something? I didn't see one. I shrugged and walked out. I won't be back.

The two times I have been to this place, I must say the sandwich artists and people who work the register are very friendly. The manager on the other hand is rude and nasty. Any little form of inconvenience for her seems like the end of the world. I mistakenly thought the regular sandwich was big enough to split with my wife. Once I got to the register, I realized I was wrong. I offered to go back into the line and wait my turn. The nice gentleman at the cash register allowed me to pay for both sandwiches. The manager decided to exclaim out loud "He has to wait" in such a nasty tone. She needs to fix the way she speaks to customers & to her employees in front of customers.
