I dont hold Panera to a super high standard but when a location sinks this low, I have to send out a warning. Quality was lacking (I am only looking for average here) but the worst was the dining room and the mess that was at every empty table and all over the floor. Drive on....find something else.

Any time I have an order beyond just one meal they mess something up. I let it go but this time I got shorted an entire salad. I shouldn’t have to comb through my order before I leave every visit. These people are perpetually overwhelmed any time they have 5 customers

The food was fine---typical Panera stuff. Unfortunately the dining area was pretty gross. Most of the tables were sticky, cups were left behind, and there was lots of garbage and crumbs on the floor. The Somerset location is significantly cleaner.

Needed some soup because I was sick and tried to get it delivered. Contacted driver “Shorena” a few times when it said it was already delivered but I had never got it and couldn’t get through. The fact that I had my address posted clearly on there and have it delivered to the wrong address when they could have easily called me or texted me or confirmed the name at least really frustrates me. The manager Noah at least was nice enough to refund the amount back to me but their delivery approach needs a load of improvement or at least a more responsible delivery person. Hope whoever got the group chicken noodle and broccoli cheddar soup is happy though.

The mac n cheese was hot and delicious.

The food prep staff was efficient and friendly.

My beef with Panera is that there no longer are any cashiers. It’s self-serve (not hygienic with communal tablet), then the kiosk asks for a tip! A tip for doing what? Panera, please pay your workers a fair wage and stop shaking down customers for tips.

I stopped here for a cup of old english breakfast tea and a cinnamon bagel. The bagel felt like it was days old, very dry and hard and though you make your own tea or coffee, the qualify was the tea bag was really bad. Definitely was not worth the money and time spent. I was also surprise to learn they don't have hot chocolate beverages on their menu for a place that sells bagels and all types of other pastries.

i love panera, i go there quite often. Today i had a very helpful and kind young man named Brady helping me out with my order. He was very helpful and was in a great mood which made my day. He overall made my Panera experience special, this is why i love Panera.

Food was good, the service was fast and I felt like it wasn't too pricey although half a sandwich and a cup of soup was kinda a deal breaker when it came down to it. My sandwich was supposed to be spicy but I guess I got the wrong one because it wasn't. Overall, it's a good restaurant.

Kudos to the Manager, Michael, and his team. I went with my folks to order take away. When I got home the order was short an item. I called and Michael was quick to apologize. He said he would fix it. I went back and sure enough he resolved my issue. More so I'd say he went above and beyond.

Unbeknownst to Michael my folks literally just came off a 12 hour flight from Italy. So man to man I say thank you. Thank you to you and your team.
