The food is excellent and the service is great!

Good service, lunch specials are best bang for your buck and nice portion sizes. Only thing is that some of the seafood especially the shrimp was a bit fishy.

Lovely restaurant! Will definitely come back! When I first showed up, the staff seemed relatively confused when I first entered and I did not feel welcome at first. From the confused looks on the staff's faces, I briefly wondered if maybe I was underdressed or if they didn't have a dedicated server on the schedule yet, but someone eventually took the initiative to greet and seat me and all was well. As soon as I sat down, I was offered drinks before I was able to look at a menu, so I assume the person who served me (Santiago) was more used to being a bartender -- however, very friendly and attentive service from him and the others who served me. The bread was so soft; light and airy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I was obsessed. The little disposable things of whipped butter were odd and made me feel wasteful; I would have liked to have a slice of butter or something on the side instead. Might help their food cost and it looks more presentable. I got a red sangria, which is not on their drink menu but I saw it everywhere in the reviews so I had to get one. Sangria was very yummy with little pieces of plum and orange, and chilled. Well balanced. It was the perfect portion size for me as well. Escargot and shrimp special was delicious. Very hot, and the shrimp was perfect. So juicy and popped in my mouth. Escargot was soft and melted in my mouth, not rubbery in the slightest. Flavourful, comforting, fresh sauce. Love the fresh garlic and herbs. Perfectly seasoned and refreshing. Brought out the perfect earthiness in the escargot. I love that the garlic had the slightest bit of bite to it -- perfect for this dish! I thought it was weird to have the parsley garnish with such long stems, but maybe that's a personal preference. I love that they kept the escargot in the shell. Beautiful for playing and presentation and fun because it makes it more tactile of an experience! As for the atmosphere, the linen folds are beautiful. The blue lighting is odd - stuck out to me as it doesn't really fit with the rest of the theme in my opinion. I love the paper doilies served with everything. So so cute and made me feel like I was at a Spanish grandmother's home. Perfect for the brand of what they were doing, whether their brand is intended to be comforting or not. I was treated very friendly and politely, and I was acknowledged every time someone passed me, which made me feel welcome and made the service feel very attentive. It made me feel like I could ask anything at any time and never be a bother. The Paella flavour was cozy, perfectly seasoned and delicious. The peas looked and tasted a bit like they were cooked from freezer burnt peas. The rice was the perfect tenderness and ripe with brothy flavour. I couldn't taste too much of the saffron, but no blame bc saffron is expensive and it's relatively mild anyway. I will happily overlook this bc of the state of the economy right now. I love that they served it in the pan it was cooked in, and that the whole lobster is in there. Preserves the flavour and texture and makes excellent use of the shell for the flavour of the dish as a whole! Excellent cohesiveness in the dish overall. The chicken pieces in there were slightly overcooked, which made them a bit dry. Lobster showed signs of being overcooked, and it was a bit tough, but it tasted fine. Paella may have also been dying in the window slightly because I eat really slow. Crema catalana was delicious. Lightly sweet, delicate, not too rich. Like a creme brulee, but more spiced than vanilla and a thinner brulee shell. Custard is more liquidy than a creme brulee (made with while milk instead of heavy cream?). Because of this, the brulee shell slid around a bit instead of crunching down when I cut into it. Custard almost tasted very lightly herby on the backnote, but idk what it is. I would have liked some berries and mint or some kind of garnish with it. Thank you for everything! I will happily return! ❤️

The waitress must not have been paying attention to the questions we were asking. But ended bringing us a dish we didn't order. Then instead of taking it away made us feel like we should just take it. And then when bringing our food out the filet mignon was way under cooked for medium well. And the chicken and rice was still very wet. Rice felt a bit undercooked while chicken breast felt dry. We barely ate our food. I just asked them to pack it up as to not make a fuss and so I can recook it at home. Plus it was pretty dead in there at 9pm on a Friday.

With so many good reviews my partner and I were excited. But we're thoroughly disappointed. I want to go give the place one more chance. She does not. If I ever come back and have a better time I will update.

Spain 92 is an absolute delight! The food was exceptional, with every dish packed with authentic Spanish flavors that transported me straight to Spain. The only thing I missed was the jamón, but honestly, everything else was so good that it didn’t even matter. The service was warm and welcoming, and the ambiance made the meal even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to return for another amazing dining experience. Five stars, hands down!

I went for dinner at 6 and it was more than half empty. No music no one at the bar but one other person. I then looked at the pricing and the options. I see why there no tapas unless durinh lunch. I ordered octopus..it was a bit salty and did not have the Spaniards flavors. potatoes were just boiled not baked. Sangria was descent.
The service was good but the food for its price was not impressive. I normally go into Newark for good tapas but this was in the area. Hopefully this helps to do some upgrades to improve.

Phenomenal! You get every penny of what you pay for. The service is impeccable as well.

They don't use the right kind of paella rice. Not enough saffron nor paprika. They also charge for refill of a coke so we ended up paying $10.50 for a coke.
Very disappointing.
