I enjoyed a thoroughly delightful lunch at Spain 92, which I had always been curious about. First things first, there’s plenty of parking. They happily seated us, though my in-laws were still in route. We ordered a pitcher of delicious sangria and an appetizer plate. This place has been around for more than 30 years (previously across the highway in Raritan. That longevity is reflected in the dishes - Spanish cuisine which tastes just as it did back in 1996 when I first tried it.
Lovely restaurant! Will definitely come back! When I first showed up, the staff seemed relatively confused when I first entered and I did not feel welcome at first. From the confused looks on the staff's faces, I briefly wondered if maybe I was underdressed or if they didn't have a dedicated server on the schedule yet, but someone eventually took the initiative to greet and seat me and all was well.
