Not gonna lie, I was a bit 😞 disappointed they offer gluten free,but nothing was fresh made. It's store bought frozen bagels. Maybe mention that online. Not thing terrible to report other than that. As a New Yorker, the cream cheese was most likely store bought as well. Wasn't bad, no, but tasting that processing in the cream cheese is off putting. I can go to any Bodega and get the same if not better.

Plan ahead because this place is packed! Parking is atrocious but well worth it to drive around the block! Staff is always friendly and service is quick after your order is placed. A well-oiled machine!

I was surprised that amount of a taylor ham egg and cheese on a bagel was almost $10.00. I think that was very over priced. Thinking I may stop going. Even though they are very good. But to much for a sandwich.

This is the second time that I’ve had an issue with the cash register charging me for stuff that I did not ask thank God that I was looking at the register because they’re overcharging me for simple things then told me that it comes with that when I’ve been ordering from this place for about six months and it does not come from that, and then the young lady caught an attitude so this is the second incident and I think I’m good. You get two tries to give me a bad vibe and I wanna spend my money there no more.
