Food was good but overpriced. ... our waiter was very helpful and great. When we got our bill, there was a service charge included. I told our waiter we were paying cash and I asked them to remove our service charge. He promptly told us that the service charge was not for using a credit card; HOWEVER it was considered an "operational service fee for their computers"!!! What?? Our bill was over $1000 for our family of five; including a very generous cash tip). The waiters all stated that the owners will not remove a service charge because they need it for their operational expenses. Outrageous to pass that on to your patrons.

Dinner is overpriced for what it is. I’ve been to better seafood restaurants with better quality seafood. Surprisingly, the chicken Milanese was the best food we ordered. The clam and linguini was too salty for my taste. The service was ok. Our waitress never offered us bread which I didn’t know was even an option until I noticed all the other tables around us with a basket of bread. Once I asked about the bread she brought us some, but I shouldn’t have to ask. Also, she wasn’t friendly, almost robotic in her responses and the way she interacted with us. I’d say there are better options in the area to go to for a nice dinner.

Please don’t waste your money !! This place is a dump! My dish was dirty there was flys everywhere the front entrance glass doors were filthy! Ordered two apps and left. Oysters were gross, hope I don’t die from them!! The tuna was fishy too. I’ll be disputing the credit card charge.. GROSS PLACE !!

One of the best meals we’ve had in quite some time. From apps to mains, dessert and coffee…amazing. What made the evening even more special was the service…10 out of 10. Kayla was incredibly helpful in what to order, asking if we needed anything, all done with a smile the whole evening. Catch19 is lucky to have someone of Kayla’s caliber…the whole staff was great all around. From food to service Catch19 was fantastic. We will be back!

The food and service were excellent. Delicious “angry shrimp and lobster” appetizer. Our server Mike was extremely helpful and patient with us. We will be back!

Atmosphere is nice. Very clean. Wait staff was great and very attentive. The food was delicious I shared two entrees because I couldn't make up my mind.

My wife and I were in the area and wanted a nice meal. The staff was amazing! The food was sub par, especially for the price. I've had better lobster from food trucks! I just feel the owner is over selling the chef's work. It's a nice spot for a drink if you are waiting for a table at another restaurant.

I really didn't like anything about this place aside from one nice waiter. The food was not good & the the service was okay. I asked for my steak cooked medium and it came well done. After not liking the appetizers I didn't even care to let them re make it. I won't be coming back here. Burrata tasted old & rotten as well. Tomatoes were soggy.

Service was excellent, our server was very friendly and the food came rather quickly. The dishes are on the smaller side, I typically don't leave without leftovers and this time I did. The food is excellent, everything from the steak to the pasta was cooked to perfection and I have nothing negative to say about the dishes besides the portion. The spicy lobster is great and the clams are a hit! The environment is nice, and the tables do not feel too cramped. Overall this is a great location for birthdays and other occasions, or just to enjoy a nice night out.

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was incredible. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure the evening was perfect. The food and service was spectacular. Have your event upstairs! You won’t regret it.

Bar vibe was very pretty. Not sure about all the moldy old books were doing on the shelves behind us while we were eating. I'm sure it's "decor" but honestly -- not a healthy or clean choice.$20 for an Old Fashion drink or $16 for a glass of wine is ludicrous.Calamari appetizer was very good -- small but good.Prices are high for the food and the portions are small and do not include sides. My branzino was so thin and dry. Asked for lemons for fish because it really had little taste. I am one of those people that typically need to take 1/2 my meal home because I'm full...this wasn't the case. I ate the whole thing out of hunger and didn't send it back because I was embarrassed to do so.Brussel sprouts side was delicious. Our server, Mike was friendly, informative and the service was great -- too great. In fact, many times we needed to ask the staff to stop asking us if we were done -- I almost grabbed one of their hands as they were taking my dish while I was still eating. When I mentioned this, I was told -- "we don't want you sitting with dirty dishes in front of you" Well, honestly, our group was chatting and some were still hungry and using the bread for the dish juices.Desserts were all $16 each -- again, ludicrous. Glad there was an ice cream/waffles store -- next door.We don't mind paying for good food and when I looked at the prices online I expected much more -- more flavor, larger portions. I certainly didn't expect to pay $16 for a glass of wine.Won't be back. So many other restaurants in Red Bank to chose from. Was very disappointed and left hungry.

Avoid at all costs. With so many options in Red Bank this place just doesn't cut it. Wife and I don't mind paying up for good food and service and this place delivered neither. Bottom line, go elsewhere.
