This review is only for late night. We didn’t try the food. It was very crowded and no where to stand. You can only sit if you get table service. We had a few drinks. The guava margarita was good. The DJ was ok. He only used snippets of each song he played. Service is slow because they have too many patrons.

We love centrada. And we always go there for our girls night out. But this time I give 3 star because when we went there on Friday Dec. 20th we booked 9 people and by the time we seated around it was 9pm already. Because of this rude attitude of this new manger name Walter and he never appologize to us about his behaviors. We love the other manager name Kyle. And I appreciate that he come to us to apologized.

I had an amazing night out at Centrada in Red Bank! The vibe was fantastic, and it was the perfect place to celebrate a friend's birthday. A huge shoutout to Kyle for making our experience fabulous—his energy and attention made the night even more special. We all had a blast and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this spot for a fun night out!

Sydney was awesome. The smash burger is tremendous. It’s a hidden gem (not just sydney) and it’s twice the size of a burger. (Not sydney)

Centrada exceeded my expectations. I went there for my birthday dinner. The food was absolutely delicious. Luz our server was the best. Very courteous, sweet and knowledgeable. Luz came to us several times to make sure all was good with us unlike other restaurants which servers forget about you. Will definitely go back.
