Maria is an absolute gem behind the bar at Centrada! Her humility shines through, yet her presence lights up the room. What truly amazed me was how she remembered my drink preferences after just one visit. If you're in the mood for an espresso martini, Maria's creations are pure fire! Centrada is definitely the go-to spot, thanks to Maria's exceptional service and talent.

At first glance the ambiance was beautiful and trendy, even the bathrooms didn’t disappoint. We immediately noticed an odor in the restaurant. It had been down pouring all week and smelled like septic or perhaps water in the basement. Sara our waitress was well versed with the menu and very personable. We ordered empanadas and a salad for an appetizer. The salad needed to be washed better as it was sandy. We obviously sent it back. The skirt steak with chimichurri arrived cold, not warm, cold. The manager Dominick, new to the establishment was very apologetic and took back the dish to reheat while leaving a portion of the steak behind on our plates. Dominick seemed uncertain how to resolve our issue with half our steak now hot and the other half still cold. I requested a “do over” and a brand new entree. This time our steak arrived with a big ole piece of hair. Hoping that wasn’t intentional, I quickly swept the hair off the dish and ate the steak anyway.Dessert and coffee was on the house. We took care of our waitress of course. When asked about the smell she didn’t deny there may be water in the basement as we presumed.Little details like a coaster or napkin under our drinks and wiping the table of food after appetizers would have elevated the service and match the price point on the menu better.Centrada could use a little polishing. They can do better.

This was a great experience for me, the atmosphere was very welcoming for me. The service was amazing! I was taken care of by a waiter named SJ, she was very polite and was very patient with me when placing my order( I usually take a while to decide). I decided to try the skirt steak which came out beautifully. I very much enjoyed my stay there and will love to come again.
We came to Centrada and ordered a Lumpia Havana. We had a lovely time and our waitress SJ was so attentive and amazing. Definitely worth coming for.
