Last week order was hour and half late.
This week the wrong order was delivered. Asked for the manager and she answers “hello”
No name, no nothing. Useless operation. Money refunded. What happened to good service and the customer is first??? But tip, tip,tip. No more 15% tip. Now we demand 20-30 percent tip for subpar service. sitting here with family hoping to watch a horror film but instead got horrible service. That’s what I get for ordering junk...

I just had a small pizza delivered call to tell them the pizza was not hot the young lady that answered tried to tell me it was hot. If that was true why did I need to warm it in the microwave.
