I work across the street and have never had a bad experience. They say good morning when they aren't swamped with the morning rush so that's always a nice little boost to my morning.
Quick service, clean bathrooms. Minimal donut selection early in the morning. Did not have featured donut the smores donut in stock. Trash section was dirty. Allows you to use restroom. It was clean
Usually pretty quick in the mornings. Sometimes they take a little longer when they only have 2 people working, but there's lot much you can do about that. Only complaint is when they only lightly toast their bagels, so I don't get that nice crunch I want from a toasted bagel
