For the amount you pay for their food, it shouldn’t be cold. I’ve tried on numerous occasions only to get uncooked snack’n bacon and cold hash browns. And of course, I didn’t have time to check as I am stopping before work. This is totally unacceptable.
I love DUNKIN coffee. Asked clerk IF the coconut donut is a yeast and not a cake donut, I will buy it. She said it was a yeast donut. So i bought it. When I bit into it, it was NOT a yeast donut. Wasn't going to return it. I mentioned to her that there is a difference. She brushed me off and said it's close. I beg to differ. Some people don't care to educate themselves. Uggh.I ordered the sourdough grilled cheese. It was amazing!

No idea why they can't make a Cafe Au Lait? Dunkin at Riverview Hospital should be a bit kinder to hospital visitors. I'd give negative stars if I could

I don't know how they got 4 stars. They are so slow and they messed up my order twice already completely. It's as if they didn't even try to get the order right. I won't come back.
